Chris J. Stern
Chairman, CEO
Dr. Stern is best known for his writings and lectures on management techniques and managing multilingual and multinational companies. He is an American and Swiss dual national, and Principal and Founder of the Institute for Efficient Management, which has conducted more than one hundred major strategic consulting projects. He also serves on a number of boards. He received his MBA from GSBA in Zurich/State University of New York and a doctorate in business administration from Trinity College & University.

Richard Kiral, PhD
President
Dr. Richard Kiral has served the company as Vice President of Research and Development since 1999 and has been responsible for developing products from the perfluorocarbon technology platforms. Prior to joining the company, Dr. Kiral held senior product development, laboratory management, and research and development positions at leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies for more than 35 years. He has a PhD in analytical chemistry and an MS in chemistry from the University of Notre Dame.

Michael B. Jebsen
Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President Finance and Administration and Corporate Secretary.
Mr. Jebsen joined Oxygen Biotherapeutics as its Accounting Manager in April 2009. Before joining the company he was an auditor with Grant Thornton, LLP from July 2003 through December 2005 and from April 2008 through April 2009. In addition, he held various positions, including Chief Ethics Officer, Senior Internal Auditor, and Senior Financial Analyst with RTI International, a non-profit research and development organization, from January 2006 to February 2008. Mr. Jebsen holds a Master of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in North Carolina.

Kirk Harrington
Senior Vice President, Warfighter Division and Government Affairs
Mr. Harrington is a veteran of the US Army who in 2006 was appointed by the United States Department of State as a senior adviser to the Government of Iraq. As the sole diplomat to the Iraqi Ministries of Transportation and Construction and Housing, he oversaw every facet of Iraqi reconstruction efforts to include new implementation of roads and bridges and global technology exchange. His background includes lecturing on Middle Eastern tribal affairs at the US Military Academy and New York University; bringing stability through economic development in Africa and Kurdistan; and micro-loan start-ups in Afghanistan. Previously, Mr. Harrington was a banker with Bear, Stearns & Company and Investcorp in New York City.
